Becky Arbiv, Duke University
Becky is a senior studying biomedical engineering at Duke University. She is a member of the varsity track and field team and is involved in Jewish life on campus. In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.
Kayla Mintz, Binghamton University
Kyla, a native of New York City, is a sophomore at Binghamton University, where she is studying Business with a minor in Israel Studies. On campus, Kyla devotes her time to serving on the board of Binghamton University Zionist Organization as well as serving on the board of TAMID. Additionally, Kyla enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends, and learning languages (she is hoping to add on another one in college).
Rivka Schusterman, Harvard University
Rivka grew up in Los Angeles, graduated from Valley Torah High School, and spent her gap year at Midreshet HaRova in the Old City. Rivka is a rising junior and studies the history of science as a premed. She's involved with Hillel on campus and loves her work as a peer counselor. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, hanging out with friends, and traveling!
David Zwick, Michigan University
Upon graduating from the Frankel Jewish Academy of Metropolitan Detroit, David spent the next year studying at Yeshivat Orayta. He is now in his third year at the University of Michigan where he is majoring in Political Science and Judaic Studies. He serves as the Social Chair of the Orthodox Minyan, the AIPAC Campus Liaison, and President of 'Wolverine for Israel'. David's favorite things to do are learning and/or teaching Torah, barbecuing, and playing basketball.

Ethan Harrison, Wake Forest University
Ethan is from Baltimore, Maryland and is in his third year at Wake Forest University where he majors in Computer Science. He is also involved in his campus' Hillel and Chabad. Ethan loves watching movies and singing along to his favorite Disney classics!
Orly Krupp, Brandeis University
Orly is a sophomore at Brandeis University hoping to study Judaic Studies and Education Studies. She is involved in the Brandeis Orthodox Organization and currently serves as their Education Coordinator. In her free time, Orly enjoys songwriting, listening to podcasts, learning Torah, and spending time with friends. Gabe Mehler, Yeshiva University
Gabe is a positive guy who uses the Torah to guide his life and share light to others. He enjoys playing sports, being chazzan, traveling, meeting new people etc. :)
Devorah Simon, Bar Ilan University
Devorah is from Newton MA, and went to Gann Academy for high school. After high school, she spent an enriching year studying at Midreshet Nishmat and another gap year in the Hebrew University Mechina program, immersing herself in the study of the hebrew language. She is now a first year student at Bar Ilan University and is pursuing a degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Judaic studies. Devorah loves doing a 305 workout, baking with her siblings, traveling (pre-pandemic) and is excited for the opportunity to inspire dialogue and connection between Israeli college students and American college students.
Matthew Plotsker, Binghamton University
Matthew grew up in the holy land of West Orange, New Jersey and attended Kushner from kindergarten through high school. He is currently a freshman in Binghamton's School of Management and spent last year at Yeshivat Orayta. Matthew loves mountain biking, hanging out in the Binghamton Chabad, and shmoozing with anyone and everyone around him.
Aviva Katz, Franklin and Marshall College
Aviva grew up in Los Angeles, California and spent the last two years studying at MTVA in Jerusalem. Aviva is a freshman at Franklin and Marshall college, and is considering majoring in Government or Theatre, with possible minors in computer science, creative writing, or psychology. She is currently an editor for Boy-band magazine, one of the student magazines on campus, and is very excited to be a Yavneh Fellow!
Abby Blumofe, Binghamton University
Abby spent the past year at Midreshet Torah V’Avodah. She is a pre-Med student planning to major in Integrative Neuroscience. Originally from Los Angeles, some of her hobbies include swimming, painting, and being outdoors!
Simon Weintraub, Binghamton University
Simon is from East Brunswick, New Jersey, and attended Kushner High school. He then spent last year at Yeshivat Lev Hatorah, and is currently now at Binghamton University, studying computer science. Simon's hobbies include listening to all types of music, graphic design, and hanging out with friends. Simon looks forward to helping the Jewish community at Binghamton flourish.
Shifra Cohen, Fashion Institute of Technology
Shifra is from West Hempstead NY, went to SKA high school, and spent her gap year learning in Israel at Shaalvim for Women. She is now an Interior Design student at FIT while working for a design firm in Manhattan. She loves being with family and friends, doing yoga and swimming. Shifra can't wait to be part of this incredible experience and to B'EZH enrich Jewish life on her campus!
Esther Dahan, Los Angeles Pierce College
Esther spent the last year studying at Baer Miriam for Shana Bet. She is now an upcoming sophomore at LAPC, studying business admin. In her free time she enjoys joking around with friends, cooking, and learning about anything.

Aviel hails from Highland Park, NJ and after a year studying at Yeshivat Ma'ale Gilboa is now a second year-student at McGill University in Montreal. When not studying philosophy or trying to make computers do things, Aviel can be found hanging out with friends, learning Torah, reading, or doing Jewish things on campus.
Alanna Margulies, Johns Hopkins University
Alanna is a junior at Johns Hopkins University. She is an OU-JLIC intern, the marketing chair of the Hillel Student Board, and a co-president of the Hopkins American Partnership for Israel. Outside of Hillel, she is an Alumni Student and a member of MSE Symposium, a speaker series at Hopkins.
Barry Hanon, Princeton University
Barry is a Princeton University student from Brooklyn, NY. He serves his hometown community as a leader within numerous charity organizations and contributes to his college campus as the “Chessed” Charity Chair at the Princeton University Chabad. Barry enjoys playing basketball and doing outdoor activities in his free time.

Lizzie is a transfer student to Stern, studying psychology and getting her pre-nursing requirements. She hopes to spend her career and her time at stern advocating for mental health and learning Torah. Lizzie enjoys dancing, figure skating and crafts.

Ari is from Solon, Ohio and attends Binghamton University! On-campus she is involved in the universities' zionist organization and Tamid. In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends and family, play pickleball, and create pottery. She can't wait for an awesome year!

Charlie spent two years at Yeshivat Orayta and is currently a freshman at the NYU School of Engineering, where he is studying Computer Science. He is passionate about making a difference in his community and looks forward to bringing this to NYU. Debbie Isack, Muhlenberg College
Debbie is a junior at Muhlenberg College studying psychology and dance. In her past two years on campus she has become heavily involved with the Jewish life. She is a member of the Chabad board, which she was an intricate part of reinstating. If she’s not giving a tour, planning a Chabad event, or running to rehearsal you can find Debbie spending time with her friends from her sorority, in which she holds the position of Academic Chair. (or just look for the blue water bottle with the OU sticker)
Jake Schwalbe, NYU
Jake starts NYU this fall after attending Yeshivat Orayta for the past two. At NYU, Jake is undecided on what he will study but is interested in psychology, statistics and all things torah, as well as finding new fun opportunities and passions on campus.
Aryeh Brusowankin, Rutgers University
Born and raised in Teaneck, NJ, Aryeh attended Torah Academy of Bergen County, before spending a year and a half studying at Yeshivat Orayta. Now a sophomore at Rutgers University studying Philosophy and Psychology, he can be found spending his free time watching sports, learning Torah, and biking. Aryeh looks forward to making an impact in the Jewish community at Rutgers.
Tani Greengart, Rutgers University
Tani is a sophomore studying Applied Physics at Rutgers University, where he also serves as Gabbai and Co-Education Chair for the Orthodox community. When not busy calculating how the theory of special relativity affects the the airspeed velocity of unladen swallows, Tani enjoys engaging in philosophical discussions, writing book reviews, quoting random Pesukim at inopportune times, and telling everyone who will listen how proud he is to be a Gushnik.
Sivan Import, Stern College
Sivan, from Columbus, Ohio, is a Senior at Stern College for Women, majoring in speech pathology and audiology. Sivan has served on many boards across the Yeshiva University community including SAS, the Bnei Akiva society, the Israel club board, the haircuts for hope board, the baking club board, the SHEM board and more! She is excited to meet new people, start new initiatives, and make exciting programming on campus and online!
Vanessa Waldman, Stern College
Vanessa is from the East Bay (Northern California) and is now a junior at Stern College. Having spent a year at Midreshet Torat Chessed, Vanessa is passionate about Jewish learning, advocacy, and serving others in need. At Stern Vanessa is involved with Ahavat Chessed (visiting sick babies in hospitals), the Speech and Hearing Sciences club, and the Chabad club. On Shabbat she also runs children’s programming at a Chabad in NYC. Vanessa is excited to use her interests and the tools she gains from the Yavneh fellowship to make an impact on Jewish life across campuses!
Noah Greenblatt, SUNY Adirondack
Noah is passionate about meeting new people, loves some good healthy competition and getting outdoors. He’ll be getting his associates degree in adventure sports leadership and management and then plans on moving back to Israel and explore his options there.
Shoshana Berger, Stern College
Shoshana is a graduate of Ma’ayanot Yeshiva Highschool for Girls and is the oldest of five siblings. She was the co-editor-in-chief of her high school’s online newspaper and has won awards for her poetry and short story writing. Shoshana enjoys reading, writing, art, and singing and hopes to use some of these hobbies in her contributions to the YU campus.

Ethan is from Los Angeles, California and is a freshman at UCSB pursuing majors in environmental studies and economics. After attending Shalhevet High School Ethan went to learn in Israel at Yeshivat Orayta. In his free time Ethan enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and encountering wildlife.

Hannah is a sophomore at Binghamton studying human development and psychology. She is involved with the Orthodox Students of Hillel as the engagement chair, as well as Chabad on Campus in various capacities. Hannah enjoys learning torah, hanging out with friends, and going on adventures.

Oryah is an incoming Sophomore at the University of Delaware majoring in Construction Engineering and Management. Born and raised in Delaware, Oryah has a passion for Israel and females in the STEM field. After spending the summer in Israel interning for Hebrew University as a social media and marketing intern, she was inspired to bring her first hand Israeli experience and knowledge to campus while staying involved with major related hobbies.

Adina is from Hollywood, Florida. After attending Katz Yeshiva High School, she spent the past year in Israel at TVA. She is now a first year student at the University of Florida and is studying Economics and Psychology. Adina loves hanging out with friends and going to the beach, and she is so excited to be joining the Yavneh community.

Sam studied at Yeshivat Orayta in the Old City of Jerusalem. Sam is double majoring in Political Science and Criminology at the University of Florida. He is passionate about Israel, law, history, and his campus Jewish community. Sam is involved in Chabad, Hillel, and Yehudi. In his free time, Sam loves running, hiking, skydiving, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.

Nechama is from Chicago, went to ICJA, and spent the past year in Israel studying at Amudim and interning at the Albright Institute of Archeology. She is currently in her first year at Stern studying History and, while off campus, remains active writing for the Observer.
Avigail Winokur, Stern College
Avigail is a student at Yeshiva University studying neuroscience and creative writing. Beyond Yavneh, on her campus she is involved with Israel advocacy, mental health awareness, and is an editor for the YU Observer. She is very excited to be involved with the Yavneh fellowship this semester!
Kate Weinberg, Stern College
Kate is a junior at Yeshiva University where she is double majoring in BIMA and Finance. Kate is part of Stern's soccer team, a member of YU's Israel advocacy club, and an occasional writer for the student newspaper. In her free time Kate can be found running, making a new concoction in the kitchen and hanging out with her friends.

Coby is from Boca Raton, Florida and will be a freshman at Washington University this Fall. He is returning from a gap year at Aish Gesher in Jerusalem, where he cultivated a love for learning and living life as a Jew. As of now, he is unsure of what he is going to study, but can definitely cross math off of the list.

Noa is from Boston, MA. She spent a year studying at Midreshet Harova in Jerusalem, where she developed a love for Israel, and is now in her second year at Stern College, where she is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Biology. During her free time, Noa enjoys volunteering at Yachad, working with Yeshiva University's Israel club, and just spending as much time as she can outside. Noa is hoping to make Aliyah to Israel soon Be"H, but until then, she is excited to create Jewish life throughout campuses, while spreading love and kindness to students across America.

Na'ama Kaye, Binghamton University
Na'ama is from Country Club, Teaneck, and attended The Frisch School. She spent a year in Israel, learning at Machon Maayan, before beginning Binghamton University where she is currently studying Business Administration. Na'ama loves helping the community, as she did with her Sharsheret fashion shows, Snif, and AIRAIF, and designs (Tzniut) clothing in her free time. Na'ama is very excited for the opportunity to be a Yavneh Fellow and can't wait to contribute to the Jewish life-on-campus of those around her.

Rivky is from Passaic, NJ and is a management major at Yeshiva University. She is involved with campus life from being President of the Active Minds Chapter as well as the Layout Editor for the Yeshiva University Observer. Rivky also volunteers for different organizations to help promote mental health education and awareness. She is excited to be joining this program and is looking forward to helping foster Jewish life on college campuses.

Marisol is majoring in Chemistry at Touro Landers College. She went to school in Miami, FL, and got super involved in NCSY. Marisol attended Baer Miriam Seminary in Jerusalem for 2 years. Marisol is passionate about learning Torah, medicine, and connecting to Israel.

Jake is a sophmore studying Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. He aims to become a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in order to connect with and truly help others. He is currently a Student Senator, a YEHUDI Ambassador, and enjoys writing, watching bad sports teams, and hanging out with his friends in his free time.
